#5 Tennis Elbow
Despite its name, you do not need to own a tennis racket to develop tennis elbow. Repeated gripping, typing, cooking, painting, lifting, and working with tools can overload the tendon on the outside of the elbow. Even holding a cup or turning a doorknob can eventually become uncomfortable.
Tennis elbow affects an estimated 1% to 3% of adults each year, making it the least prevalent condition in our countdown, but still one of the most common causes of elbow pain.
