Dr. Tad DeWald

Sports & Regenerative Medicine Specialist

Dr. Tad DeWald, MD is a board-certified specialist in Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). He is known as a leader in non-surgical orthopedic care with over 14 years of experience in sports medicine, orthobiologics, MSK ultrasound, and regenerative medicine procedures. He specializes in advanced treatments, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), autologous exosomes, A2M, bone marrow, and micronized lipoaspiration stem cells.

Dr. DeWald earned his medical degree from St. George’s University. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Wayne State University, where he served as chief resident. He then completed a prestigious Sports Medicine fellowship at the world-renowned Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama.

Following his fellowship, Dr. DeWald was recruited to join Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, where he spent over six years transforming an almost exclusively surgical practice into an international destination for regenerative medicine. He now leads Florida Regen and also treats patients at New England Stem Cell Institute in Glastonbury, CT.

Dr. DeWald is the medical director at REGEN, a premier regenerative medicine clinic specializing in advanced orthopedic and musculoskeletal healing. He offers personalized, non-surgical treatments designed to help patients recover, restore function, and improve their quality of life.

Jeremy Carreno

Clinical Orthobiologic Specialist & Regenerative Medicine Director

Jeremy Carreno is a Clinical Orthobiologic Specialist and Regenerative Medicine Director with over 17 years of experience in advanced regenerative and longevity therapies. Known for his concierge-model approach to care, Jeremy specializes in the personalized application of cutting-edge treatments such as autologous stem cell therapy, platelet-rich lysate (VSELs), hyperbaric ozone, IV blood irradiation, shockwave therapy, and cytokine-based interventions. He has worked alongside top experts in the field, including Dr. Joseph Purita, and played a key role in directing a leading stem cell clinic in Boca Raton, Florida.

 

In addition to his clinical expertise, Jeremy is a skilled consultant and educator. As Chief Operating Officer of CellConnect Consulting, he has helped establish regenerative labs, trained physicians and staff both in the U.S. and internationally, and led over a dozen training workshops. His contributions extend to speaking engagements at global regenerative medicine conferences, where he educates both patients and practitioners on the latest therapies and protocols.

 

Jeremy’s credentials include training with the American Academy and Board of Regenerative Medicine and co-authoring peer-reviewed publications in the Strength and Conditioning Journal. His work on PRP and its biological effects reflects his deep commitment to advancing the science and clinical practice of orthobiologics.
