Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Breathe 95–100% oxygen under pressure — saturating your plasma at roughly 20× normal levels to accelerate healing, reduce inflammation and mobilize your body's own stem cells.
How HBOT works
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) involves inhaling oxygen at 95–100% purity within a pressurized chamber, enabling the body to absorb oxygen at concentrations approximately 20 times higher than normal atmospheric levels.
Under pressure, oxygen dissolves directly into blood plasma — reaching tissues with compromised circulation that red blood cells alone can't adequately supply. The resulting super-oxygenation amplifies white blood cell activity, promotes new blood vessel formation, diminishes swelling and expedites cellular-level healing.
HBOT also promotes endogenous regeneration by elevating circulating CD34+ progenitor cells — mobilizing your own stem cell populations — which is why it pairs naturally with orthobiologic treatment.
Clinical-grade protocols
Our chambers operate at 1.5–2.0 ATA with a high-capacity oxygen delivery system supplying 90–97% pure oxygen under controlled pressure. Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes in comfortable, transparent chambers.
Protocols are phased to the goal: an intensive phase for significant conditions, a moderate phase of 20–50 sessions matched to specific goals, and maintenance phases of 10–20 sessions supporting recovery and longevity. Most patients attend 1–3 sessions weekly; acute or chronic conditions often benefit from 4–5.

Your HBOT plan, step by step
Evaluation & plan
We match chamber protocol, pressure and session cadence to your condition and goals.
Comfortable session
Recline in a transparent chamber breathing high-concentration oxygen — read, rest or sleep.
Phased series
Sessions accumulate: intensive, moderate or maintenance phases depending on your plan.
Protocol integration
HBOT is sequenced around regenerative procedures to support the healing window.
Where HBOT commonly helps
- Post-procedure & post-surgical recovery
- Injury rehabilitation & soft-tissue healing
- Inflammation & swelling reduction
- Athletic recovery between training blocks
- Cognitive recovery support (concussion, brain fog, fatigue)
- Chronic wound & compromised-circulation support
Who it’s for
Patients recovering from procedures or injuries, athletes compressing recovery timelines, and patients whose regenerative protocol benefits from an oxygen-rich healing window.
Common questions about HBOT
What does a session feel like?
Like a slow airplane descent — you'll feel gentle ear pressure as the chamber pressurizes, then simply relax and breathe. Most patients read or nap.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the goal: short series around a procedure, longer phased protocols for chronic conditions. We'll map a realistic plan at your evaluation.
Is HBOT safe?
At the pressures we use (1.5–2.0 ATA), HBOT is well tolerated with a strong safety profile. We screen your history and contraindications first.
Can HBOT be combined with regenerative treatment?
Yes — that's how we most often use it. Super-oxygenation and stem cell mobilization support the biological repair that orthobiologic procedures initiate.
