A stronger shoulder — without an operation.

Rotator cuff tears, labral injuries, frozen shoulder, chronic tendinopathy — precise diagnosis first, then regenerative treatment aimed at the exact structure that's failing.

Why shoulders break down — and why cortisone can't fix them

The shoulder trades stability for range of motion, and its tendons and labrum pay the bill. Cortisone quiets the pain for a season without changing the tissue; open repair works but demands months of your life.

We start by pinning down which structure is actually responsible — cuff, labrum or biceps tendon — seeing it with in-office ultrasound and confirming it with focused shockwave, which reproduces your pain when it lands on the culprit. Then image-guided orthobiologics and energy-based therapy go to work on that structure specifically. Many shoulders recover fully without a scalpel ever being involved.

Shoulder conditions we treat

No two of these share a protocol — the diagnosis decides everything that follows.

01

Rotator cuff tears

Partial and degenerative tears with real non-surgical options.

02

Labral tears

Select labral injuries behind pain, clicking and instability.

03

Frozen shoulder

Adhesive capsulitis — the stiffness and night pain that hijack your sleep.

04

Biceps & cuff tendinopathy

Chronic tendon irritation and impingement patterns.

Keeping the operating room in reserve

Surgery keeps its place in the toolbox — at the back, where it belongs until the biology has had its chance.

FAQ

Common questions about shoulder treatment

Do rotator cuff tears need surgery?

Not all of them. Plenty of partial and degenerative tears do well with targeted orthobiologic treatment plus structured rehab. A large full-thickness tear may still belong with a surgeon — your imaging will tell us, and so will we.

Is there anything that speeds up frozen shoulder?

Yes — pairing guided injections with shockwave and a disciplined mobility program can compress the painful phase and bring range of motion back sooner than waiting it out.

How fast does overhead function come back?

Tissue repair unfolds over weeks. Most patients notice real change within the first several, then rebuild overhead strength progressively.
