Evidence-based longevity medicine

Longevity, in three levels.

The 3 Levels of Longevity — the systematic, evidence-graded program developed by Dr. Oliver Zolman, the physician behind Project Blueprint — now delivered at Florida Regen. Measured in data, sequenced in levels, and personally overseen by Dr. Tad DeWald.

The system

Built on the science behind Project Blueprint

Dr. Oliver Zolman, MBBS BSc, is the British longevity physician who led Bryan Johnson’s Project Blueprint for years — running a rigorous test → interpret → decide protocol across more than 80 organ systems. He is the founder of Longevity School, where clinical guidelines and over a thousand trials are distilled into evidence-based protocols, and his work has been featured in Bloomberg, Fortune, TIME and Netflix’s Don’t Die.

Florida Regen has implemented the 3 Levels system in full — the same measure-everything, evidence-first discipline, delivered as a concierge program and overseen at every step by Dr. DeWald.

The idea

Earn each level

Most longevity programs sell everything at once. This one is sequenced. You begin with the interventions carrying the strongest evidence per year of life gained, prove them with data, and only then advance. No skipped steps, no protocol bought off a shelf — your progression is earned in your own labs.

Every recommendation in the program is graded against published evidence using the clinical decision system developed by Dr. Zolman’s team — and every plan is reviewed, adjusted and signed off by Dr. DeWald.

The program

Level by level

Level 1 — Foundation

The complete Level 1 workup: comprehensive laboratory panels, body composition, functional and organ-level baselines — your data, organized. Then the unglamorous interventions with the largest proven effect on lifespan: sleep, training load, nutrition, body composition and risk-factor elimination — prescribed precisely and tracked against your numbers, not habits on a handout.

Level 2 — Optimization

With the foundation proven in your labs, the program widens: organ-specific diagnostics and imaging, genomic insight, continuous monitoring, and targeted protocols for the systems your data flags — musculoskeletal durability, metabolic and cardiovascular risk, cognition, hormonal and sexual health.

Level 3 — Frontier

The advanced tier: interventions aimed at the underlying biology of aging itself, offered selectively, with candid conversations about the strength of evidence behind each option. This is where Florida Regen’s regenerative toolkit — from orthobiologics to systemic therapies — meets Dr. Zolman’s framework.

What a member gets

  • The full Level 1 laboratory and data workup, repeated at defined intervals
  • A written, evidence-graded plan for every level — reviewed and overseen by Dr. DeWald
  • Structured progression: advance only when your data says you’re ready
  • Access to Florida Regen’s full treatment suite where your plan calls for it
  • Concierge scheduling and direct physician access throughout

Who the program is for

Membership is intentionally limited: motivated patients who want their longevity program measured rather than promised — executives, athletes, and anyone ready to be accountable to their own data. The program is concierge-based and begins with the Level 1 evaluation.

FAQ

Common questions about the program

What makes this different from other longevity programs?

Sequence and evidence. Interventions are ranked by the strength of published evidence and their measured effect, you start with the highest-yield tier, and you advance levels only when your own labs confirm the foundation is in place. It is a clinical program with grading discipline — not a supplement subscription.

Do I have to go through all three levels?

No. Level 1 alone delivers the largest share of the measurable benefit, and many members will stay there for a year or more. The levels are a path, not a package deal.

How is Dr. Zolman involved?

The program runs on the system and protocols developed by Dr. Zolman’s team. Your care itself is delivered and overseen locally by Dr. DeWald.

Is this covered by insurance?

The program is concierge-based and not billed to insurance. Some individual diagnostics may be eligible for HSA/FSA funds; pricing is transparent before you commit.

I’m already a Florida Regen patient — does this replace my treatment plan?

It wraps around it. Orthobiologic and recovery care you’re receiving slots into the program where the evidence supports it, and the program’s data often sharpens those decisions.

Be measured, not promised.

Membership is limited. One evaluation starts your Level 1 workup — and a longevity plan graded on evidence, not enthusiasm.
