Conditions · Wrist & Hand

Hands that work — without an operation.

Carpal tunnel, trigger finger, TFCC tears, thumb-base arthritis — precision care for the structures you use ten thousand times a day.

Small structures, where precision matters most

Nowhere does millimeter-level accuracy matter more than the wrist and hand: nerves, pulleys and ligaments packed into tight quarters, all visible in exquisite detail on high-frequency ultrasound. That's what lets us treat these problems without opening anything.

The centerpiece is ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissection: for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel entrapments, a fine needle delivers fluid around the compressed nerve under live imaging, gently separating it from the tissue pinning it down — a release without an incision, done in minutes. Trigger finger, TFCC injuries and small-joint arthritis get the same image-guided treatment philosophy, with orthobiologics and targeted injections placed exactly where the pathology sits.

Wrist & Hand conditions we treat

No two of these share a protocol — the diagnosis decides everything that follows.

01

Carpal tunnel syndrome

Median nerve entrapment — numb, tingling hands, worst at night — freed with ultrasound-guided hydrodissection.

02

Cubital tunnel syndrome

Ulnar nerve entrapment at the elbow behind ring-and-small-finger numbness — also a hydrodissection case.

03

Trigger finger

A catching, locking digit from a thickened tendon pulley — treated at the pulley itself.

04

TFCC tears

Ulnar-sided wrist pain from the triangular fibrocartilage — common in racquet, golf and gym athletes.

05

Thumb-base & hand arthritis

CMC and small-joint arthritis that makes gripping, pinching and opening jars a negotiation.

06

Wrist tendinopathies & sprains

Overuse and sport injuries of the wrist's tendons and ligaments.

Keeping the operating room in reserve

Surgery keeps its place in the toolbox — at the back, where it belongs until the biology has had its chance.

FAQ

Common questions about wrist & hand treatment

What is nerve hydrodissection?

An ultrasound-guided technique for entrapped nerves: fluid is injected precisely around the nerve, separating it from the surrounding tissue compressing it. For appropriate carpal and cubital tunnel cases it can relieve symptoms without the incision, scar or grip-strength recovery of an open release — performed in minutes, in the office.

Can carpal tunnel really improve without surgery?

Mild-to-moderate cases frequently do — hydrodissection plus activity modification can quiet symptoms durably. Severe entrapment with muscle wasting is a different conversation, and nerve testing plus ultrasound tells us honestly which case yours is.

What about a trigger finger that keeps locking?

Image-guided injection at the A1 pulley resolves most trigger fingers without a release. If the digit keeps locking after treatment, we'll say so and point you to the right hand surgeon rather than repeating what isn't working.
